Attorney-at-Law. Specialist in the field of contract law, company law and personal data protection. Also conducts lawsuits, advises on employment and copyright law. Particularly interested in the issues of abusive contractual clauses.
Already during his studies worked for major Polish law firm Gessel, where his responsibilities included i.a. real estate law. Then, after internships in international law firms: Linklaters, CMS Cameron McKenna and Baker & McKenzie, became in-house layer of the insurance sector companies. Over the years advised the international financial institutions - insurance companies, pension fund company and insurance agent. He participated in a number of projects concerning implementation of insurance and investment products, advised on corporate law matters, as well as negotiated contracts regarding development of IT systems and car fleet leasing.
Graduated law at Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration. In addition, he graduated from the Centre for English and European Law (known as the British Law Centre, BLC) created at Warsaw University with the University of Cambridge. From 2011 qualified as Attorney-at-law. He is fluent in English, communicative in German.
In addition to legal education also holds a master degree in art - he graduated from the Acting Department of the Warsaw Theatre Academy. He is fascinated with sport as a cultural phenomenon - himself loves skiing, water sports and team sports. An amateur of cinema, travel, wine and psychological puzzles.
