In October 2020, the woman posted a comment on her Facebook profile that someone had allegedly tried to push her under a tram. Supposedly, the reason was that she identified herself with the LGBT ideology. The Ordo Iuris Institute notified the Prosecutor\u2019s Office of a possible attempted murder. The Prosecutor\u2019s Office determined that the incident had never taken place and that the victim\u2019s testimony was incoherent and self-contradictory.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Maja G.\u2019s post was reposted by numerous social media users and on an LGBT organisation website. Following a notification made by the Institute, the Prosecutor\u2019s Office looked into the case. That day\u2019s recordings from security cameras in the trams that run the route in question had mostly been deleted. Those that were still available did not confirm a murder attempt. Also, none of the tram drivers witnessed the alleged incident. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">The Prosecutor\u2019s Office also asked the Campaign Against Homophobia, which reposted Maja G.\u2019s accusations, whether any witnesses of the incident had stepped forward. The CAH did not respond to the Prosecutor\u2019s letter yet, at an interrogation, the organisation\u2019s representative said they had not identified any witnesses. Maja G. was also interrogated. She claimed a man whom she did not know had pushed her on the tracks at one of the tram stops in Warsaw. The woman could not even identify the stop where the incident had supposedly happened. She suggested two different stops more than 2 km away from each other. In addition, first she said that she had been pushed to the tracks, and later that she had been pulled to the track by her backpack. She also said she did not know who had helped her get up, even though she previously claimed it was a tram driver (that is what her online post had said). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm; text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">The Prosecutor\u2019s Office noted that no circumstances of the alleged incident had been confirmed. The officers also noted that Maja G.\u2019s post was misinforming for the public.
