The university aims to return to the classical idea of a university. The implementation of this idea is hindered by aggressive ideological attacks that exclude certain people and value systems from public space (including university space).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">The event will be attended by experts from different parts of the world. One of the participants will be Sohrab Ahmari \u2013 writer, author of many bestsellers, publicist, opinion editor in the New York Post. The conference will also be attended by Princess Ingrid Detter de Frankopan \u2013 head of the Department of International Law at the Collegium Intermarium, who for years advised Pope John Paul II. Professor Adrian Vermule, Harvard lecturer, will also be a speaker. The Polish academic community will be represented, for example, by Professor Anna \u0141abno, former Speaker of the Sejm Dr J\u00f3zef Zych and Dr Tymoteusz Zych \u2013 Rector of the Collegium.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Politicians will also participate in the event. Speakers will include Marion Mar<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#4d5156\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>chal \u2013 former member of the French National Assembly, founder of the ISSEP college. The conference will also be attended by government representatives \u2013 Bal\u00e1zs Orb\u00e1n, Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister of Hungary and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest, and Pawe\u0142 Jab\u0142o\u0144ski, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Poland. Croatian MP Dr Stjepo Bartulica will also be in attendance, as will MEP Anna Z\u00e1borsk\u00e1 from Slovakia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">The event will take place on 1 October at the Institute of Culture and Rural Heritage in Warsaw \u2013 at ul. Krakowskie Przedmie\u015bcie 66. The event will begin at 10 a.m.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">&#8211; One of the key causes of the crisis in the contemporary academic world is censorship tendencies, which exclude from the debate any opinion contrary to the mainstream paradigm. This tendency to \u201ccancel\u201d uncomfortable views is called \u201ccancel culture\u201d and poses a serious threat to academic freedom.
