In response to a number of unlawful actions of specific public authorities, which violate the legal order of the Republic of Poland, starting with the Constitution itself, and undertaken after 13 December 2023, we, the Polish lawyers, hereby warn all those breaking the law, supporting and inciting such actions, that all such actions shall be documented in a way, which will enable future accountability of the perpetrators for their deeds.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Today, we are launching “Against lawlessness \u2013 att. W\u0142adys\u0142aw Si\u0142a \u2013 Nowicki Archives”, where we shall collect documented information regarding violations of the law. We will soon be asking all citizens of the Republic of Poland to report to the “Archive\u201d information about violations and violators of the Polish law and constitutional order.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
