This was after the killing a few months ago of baby boy Felek by Dr. Gizela Jagielska, when the boy\u2019s mother was nine months into pregnancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 29, proceedings involving Marta Czech took place at the Regional Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Wroc\u0142aw. The activist was charged with deprivation of liberty and violation of the physical integrity of doctor Gizela Jagielska. She did not admit to the charges against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The matter concerns the intervention of Deputy Grzegorz Braun at the hospital in Ole\u015bnica on April 16 this year. The politician attempted to perform a citizen&#8217;s arrest on Dr. Gizela Jagielska in connection with the abortion she performed on a woman in her 9th month of pregnancy. Marta Czech also participated in the intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preventive measures in the form of police supervision and a prohibition on contacting Dr. Gizela Jagielska or approaching her within a distance of less than 50 meters have been imposed on her. The Ordo Iuris Institute is providing legal assistance to the woman.
