INDEPENDENCE MARCH (IN POLISH)<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The 16th Independence March is behind us. It is one of the largest editions in the March\u2019s history. On Tuesday, November 11, as many as 300,000 Polish patriots celebrated the 107th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence. Observers representing the Ordo Iuris Institute also took part in the assembly, and their numbers are increasing year by year. The Institute&#8217;s representatives prepared a report on the legal aspects of the conduct of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observers moved through various parts of the gathering. and were present, among other places, at the Independence March headquarters, at the banner inspection point, as well as at the front of the March and in various blocs of the assembly. Observers also accompanied the representative of the Mayor of Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Ordo Iuris Institute&#8217;s twenty-page report contains detailed observations. <\/strong>At 9:00 AM, the Independence Village began in the Wis\u0142awa Szymborska Passage at the Palace of Culture and Science. This is the so-called pre-march zone, where participants could find booths from various patriotic organizations and learn about their activities. This year, additional non-governmental organizations joined the zone, including rural housewives&#8217; associations. Once again, a booth from the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Center for Life and Family could be found in the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 11:00 a.m., a Holy Mass began in the All-Saints Church at Grzybowski Square in Warsaw. The church was filled to the brim with worshippers. Security guards from the Independence March Guard provided security for the area around the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Independence March officially began a few minutes after 2:00 p.m., after the national anthem was sung. A 500-strong security unit\u2014the Independence March Guard\u2014kept watch over the assembly\u2019s safety throughout the entire March. A medical team of about 200 people and 20 ambulances was also available. No attempts to block the March&#8217;s passage were recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its report, the Ordo Iuris Institute criticized the public order ordinance of the Mazovian Voivode dated October 22, 2025, regarding the introduction of a ban on carrying, transporting, and using pyrotechnic products within the territory of Warsaw. In the Institute&#8217;s assessment, the regulation violates a number of provisions of constitutional status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of the monitoring of the conduct of the Independence March carried out by observers from the Ordo Iuris Institute once again indicate an appropriate level of security for the assembly provided by the organizers, and sporadic incidents do not affect the overall assessment of the assembly\u2019s peaceful character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis year&#8217;s Independence March was one of the largest in all of history. The organizers made every effort to ensure that 300,000 Polish patriots could safely celebrate the 107th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence. All social groups took part in the Independence March\u2014from youth to seniors, from students to professors. Also present were representatives of many professions and various nationalities. It is worth noting the significant presence of families with children, including infants. For many years, the Ordo Iuris Institute has monitored the course of the Independence March annually. The largest patriotic demonstration in all of Europe took place safely and once again maintained its peaceful character, said Attorney Magdalena Majkowska, a board member of the Ordo Iuris Institute,
