The \u201cabortomat\u201d has been placed next to the Sejm, in the illegal abortion \u201cclinic\u201d AboTak, run by activists of the Abortion Dream Team, who boast on their website that they help kill 130 unborn Poles every day. The launch of the \u201cabortomat\u201d was accompanied by a celebration during which abortionists paraded in T-shirts bearing the French slogan <em>\u201cJ\u2019adore abortions\u201d<\/em>, meaning \u201cI love abortions.\u201d They celebrated the killing of children within sight of members of parliament who tolerate this practice. The abortionists\u2019 actions met with a swift response from us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abortionists celebrate the killing of unborn Poles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pch24.pl\/wiadomosci\/handlarze-smiercia-w-warszawie-stanal-pierwszy-abortomat,736591\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abortion activists have launched an \u201cabortomat\u201d in central Warsaw<\/a> \u2013 a vending machine from which illegal abortion pills can be collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They present the killing of a child before birth as a service that is ordered like a courier parcel: quickly, anonymously and with no questions asked. Order, collect, forget\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the civilization of death without its mask \u2013 a human life costs as much as a parcel collected by entering a code into a machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cabortomat\u201d has been placed next to the Sejm, in the illegal abortion clinic AboTak, run by activists of the Abortion Dream Team, who boast on their website that they help kill 130 unborn Poles every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of the \u201cabortomat\u201d was accompanied by a celebration during which abortionists paraded in T-shirts bearing the French slogan <em>\u201cJ\u2019adore abortions\u201d<\/em>, meaning \u201cI love abortions.\u201d They celebrated the killing of children within sight of members of parliament who tolerate this practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those who celebrate the death of children are not fighting for women\u2019s rights; they are making barbarity seem normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abortionists will answer for their actions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mocking the law that protects life, the abortionists claim that the \u201cabortomat\u201d will allow them to \u201chack the Criminal Code\u201d and avoid liability for aiding an illegal abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The abortion vending machine is meant to make it possible to order abortion pills directly from the manufacturer, with delivery to the customer through the \u201cabortomat.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They have not \u201chacked\u201d anything. They are breaking the law and boasting about it publicly. They will face criminal liability for their bloody, illegal activities. We will make that happen by joining forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordo Iuris lawyers are filing a notification of a possible offense with the prosecutor\u2019s office in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone who takes part in this practice should be held liable for aiding it \u2013 the person who placed the machine there for this purpose or agreed to its installation, whoever ships or arranges the illegal abortion pills or passes on the PIN to the locker in which they are placed, as well as the courier who knows what is inside the parcel he places in the locker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deputy Speaker of the Senate paid for a child to be killed by abortion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will file a separate notification concerning <a href=\"https:\/\/pch24.pl\/wiadomosci\/morderstwo-z-usmiechem-nowa-oferta-lewicy-dla-polakow,736556\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deputy Speaker of Poland\u2019s Senate Magdalena Biejat<\/a>, who, as part of a \u201csafe abortion day\u201d organized at the abortion clinic, paid for the killing of an unborn child by abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A senator\u2019s mandate does not place anyone above the law. Those in power should uphold the law that protects the weakest, not demonstratively undermine it shoulder to shoulder with those who break it every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The victims of abortion are not abstract \u201cfetuses\u201d but real human beings. The Left denies them the right to be born, condemning them to a cruel and undeserved death before they can come into the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They have no voice, so we must speak for them and fight for their survival. We will not let go of any of these cases, and we will see each one through to the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notifications we file concerning the illegal abortion underground often meet with clear resistance from law enforcement authorities. The prosecutor\u2019s office is reluctant to take up these cases, refusing to initiate proceedings or discontinuing them, and when it does pursue them, it drags them out for months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not discouraged. We consistently appeal refusals to initiate proceedings and see every case through to the end. All hope lies in the law, which still formally protects children. Someone has to initiate proceedings and ensure that they are conducted lawfully. In one of them, we will come across an honest prosecutor and an honest judge. And then justice will be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that the determination, perseverance and consistency of lawyers will lead to the defeat of the abortion industry in our homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cabortomat\u201d is undoubtedly the fruit of the abortionists\u2019 impunity. They no longer hide underground. In broad daylight, they display all their vileness to us. They take to the streets, a few hundred meters from the Sejm, and hand out illegal abortion pills like goods from a vending machine. This self-confidence is the product of years of prosecutorial inaction and of the authorities\u2019 tacit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordo Iuris\u2019s consistency and perseverance are bearing fruit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their self-confidence may, however, prove premature. When the law is enforced with determination, it produces results. This is demonstrated by two important victories we have recently won in the fight against abortionists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We secured a ruling in which <a href=\"https:\/\/ordoiuris.pl\/en\/press-newsdesk\/polish-prosecutors-must-pursue-charges-against-abortion-clinic-judge-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Regional Court in Warsaw overturned<\/a> the decision of the prosecutor\u2019s office, which had refused to pursue the case of illegal abortions performed at the AboTak abortion clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prosecutor\u2019s office must now take up the case, gather evidence, question witnesses and investigate whether unborn children are being killed at AboTak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We achieved a similar victory in the case of the so-called abortion couriers who, as part of the \u201cAborcja Polska Kurierki ProAbo\u201d organization, distribute abortion pills in Poland. Following our intervention, the Regional Court in Warsaw <a href=\"https:\/\/ordoiuris.pl\/en\/press-newsdesk\/polish-prosecutors-decision-not-to-prosecute-people-distributing-abortion-pills-overturned-by-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overturned the decision of the prosecutor\u2019s office<\/a> refusing to open an investigation and ordered that one be conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/ordoiuris.pl\/informacje-prasowe\/justyna-wydrzynska-skazana-za-pomocnictwo-w-aborcji-farmakologicznej\/\">we secured the conviction<\/a> by a first-instance court of Abortion Dream Team activist Justyna W. for aiding an abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The woman, who had handed abortion pills to a mother pregnant with twins, was found guilty of the offense and sentenced to eight months\u2019 restriction of liberty in the form of community service of 30 hours per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although <a href=\"https:\/\/ordoiuris.pl\/informacje-prasowe\/sprawa-justyny-wydrzynskiej-przekazana-do-ponownego-rozpatrzenia-przez-sad-okregowy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the second-instance court overturned the judgment<\/a> and referred the case back for reconsideration, it did not examine the abortion activist\u2019s guilt at all. The judgment was overturned solely for a political reason \u2013 the finding that the conviction had been handed down by a \u201cneo-judge.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case of Justyna W. will return to the courtroom, where we will once again demonstrate that the activist is guilty of aiding an illegal abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We intervened in connection with an online fundraiser organized by Abortion Dream Team activists. They openly declared that they needed one million zlotys to carry out their abortion activities.
