The Ordo Iuris Institute’s Litigation Program was established to exert active and professional influence on judicial and administrative rulings in cases concerning the defense of the family and freedom of conscience and speech of persons socially excluded because of their value system. Through our efforts, children taken away from their parents due to lower material status or malicious reports are returned to their homes.
We provide support to doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and midwives who experience difficulties in practicing their profession in accordance with their best knowledge and conscience. We act as advocates for freedom of speech and assembly and in defense of pro-life activists persecuted for expressing their views publicly. We use all legally available means to ensure that those guilty of injustice committed in the name of harmful ideologies face the consequences of their actions.
