Magdalena Majkowska
Director of the Litigation Intervention Center of the Ordo Iuris Institute and internship coordinator on behalf of the Litigation Intervention Center. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2017.
She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw Law Clinic, where she gained experience in criminal law in 2015-2016, receiving an award for this activity.
From 2017 to 2020, she served her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Author of publications in the field of freedom of speech. Academically interested primarily in issues related to the limits of freedom of speech on the Internet and civil law instruments for the protection of personal rights violated via the Internet.
In his professional work, he focuses on respecting constitutionally guaranteed human and civil rights and freedoms, with particular emphasis on freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and freedom of assembly, as well as the protection of the family from unjustified, arbitrary interference by the state apparatus in its structure.
