Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, graduate of the Center for American Law at the University of Florida F.G. Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw, and of the EuropeanAdvocacyAcademy program in Brussels. Scholarship holder of the ActonInstitute and the Cato Institute. Author of numerous expert reports and legal opinions in the fields of human rights protection, family law, local government law and education law.
From 2010 to 2018, a councilman of the Warsaw City Council.
