Doctor of Law. Vice President of the Hipolit Cegielski Center for Legal, Economic and Social Analysis, Member of the boards of the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture and the Foundation Center for Supporting Initiatives for Life and Family. Deputy editor-in-chief of the scientific journal “Legal Culture”.

Four-time recipient of a scholarship from the Rector of the University of Lodz. Doctoral dissertation entitled. “Civic tax deduction as a potential source of funding for churches and other religious associations in Poland. Legal and denominational perspective” defended with unanimous distinction. Speaker at more than twenty international and national scientific conferences. Author or co-author of more than twenty scientific publications including three published monographs, as well as a dozen draft laws, more than sixty analyses, legal opinions, reports and handbooks, more than fifty popular science commentaries. Graduate of leadership programs in law, management and operation of NGOs

In his academic and research work, he focuses on religious law, constitutional law and human rights. 

Privately a husband and dad. Fan of coffee as a basic tool of work and driving in the corners faster than on the straight. After hours, he sings lullabies and searches for movie gems.
