We undertake research and litigation to ensure that Christians in Poland enjoy the full guarantees of freedom of religion, freedom of conscience, and freedom of public religious worship, as well as protection from insults, attacks, and profanities. We defend the conscience clause as well as the freedom of pastoral ministry and religious instruction. We also examine the Church’s position in national law, and provide assistance to victims of anti-religious hatred.
