Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin.

During his studies, he was actively involved in the activities of scientific circles, especially as a founder of the Scientific Circle of Sociology of Law at the Faculty of Law of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, a speaker at numerous scientific conferences, a scholarship holder of the Rector of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

Since 2012, he has also been continuously involved in socio-patriotic activities.
