The court also obliged the Commissioner to grant access to his correspondence with the Campaign Against Homophobia from January 2010 to present day.
A short information published on the Commissioner’s website has inspired a journalist to request for an access to detailed information about the Commissioner’s meeting with LGBTQ activists. The meeting introduced a subject on teacher attitudes towards LGBTQ youth. A request for detailed information about the meeting was rejected twice by the Commissioner’s office.
