The entire conditionality mechanism is not so much a guarantee of ensuring an “appropriate” level of the rule of law across the European Union as an instrument of political pressure on member states under the pretext of protecting the rule of law.
The SAFE regulation uses the so-called conditionality mechanism, which ties the disbursement of funds from this instrument to compliance with the “rule of law.”
The report concerns one of the most pressing political and legal challenges facing Europe today: the loss of national control over migration policy.
An analysis of the report shows that the European Commission consistently applies an expansive and functional interpretation of the Convention and its own powers.

The U.S. administration accuses international organizations of wasting funds, engaging in actions contrary to U.S. interests, and promoting “progressive ideologies.”
Interventions by Ordo Iuris attorneys in family court proceedings enable children who long for their parents and are scarred by the trauma of separation to return home.
In his address, the president of Ordo Iuris warned of the consequences of the demographic crisis for democracy and the security of states.
The International Convention on the Rights of the Family is a comprehensive draft international treaty aimed at strengthening the legal protection of the family as the fundamental unit of society, safeguarding marriage, parenthood, and children’s rights, and reinforcing the principle of subsidiarity in relations between the family and the State.
The summit will bring together parliamentarians, political leaders, and social activists from Europe, Africa, and the Americas to participate in a high-level dialogue on freedom of speech as a fundamental pillar of democratic societies.
