The European Democracy Shield poses a clear and present danger to the freedom of speech and information within the EU, in particular with regard to conservative speech. It is intended to transform the European internet by making it a safe, heavily moderated space, where the dominant liberal views are promoted.
In the case of a special competence dispute that does not directly fit within the typical framework of a negative or positive dispute, the most appropriate course is to seek a ruling from the Constitutional Tribunal (TK), which, under the ideal conditions of a state governed by the rule of law, allows the dispute to be removed from the realm of political decision-making and enables the body established for that purpose to provide a binding interpretation of the provisions of the Constitution.
The Strasbourg Court has on several occasions invented new human rights that have no basis whatsoever in the text of the Convention by resorting to a dynamic interpretation.
The dictatorial concentration of power in the hands of a single man and his party has led to a crisis of the rule of law in Poland with a total breakdown of the justice system, and it’s destroying citizens’ trust in state institutions.
During the session, the growing influence of pro-family and pro-life groups and the intensifying ideological debate at the UN were evident.
During CPAC Hungary 2026, panelists, including representatives from Poland and Brazil, warned against the growing use of undemocratic methods by the left to stop the conservative, sovereigntist right despite its increasing public support.
This ruling is based on an interpretation inconsistent with Article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and with the Family and Guardianship Code, which unequivocally establish the principle of the heterosexual nature of marriage.
The event will be attended by politicians, social activists, and journalists from countries such as the United States, Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Representatives of the Ordo Iuris Institute will also be among the conference participants.
There is no doubt whatsoever that taking out a massive loan to be borne by future generations, despite the President’s clear opposition, will be a gross violation of Poland’s Constitution. This could lead to proceedings before the State Tribunal in the future.
The authors of the publication have analyzed the most significant violations of rule-of-law principles in Poland, and they present proposals for concrete remedial measures.
At the request of PM Donald Tusk’s Civic Coalition party, Sejm committee members barred any discussion of the citizens’ bill “Stop the Pornography Drug” and recommended that the Sejm reject it.
At the Presidential Palace, a meeting took place last Thursday between representatives of the Management Board of the Ordo Iuris Institute and Mateusz Kotecki, Undersecretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
